I’ve been coming to Relife consistently for over a year, usually every other week, and I’ve always had a great experience. But recently, my acupuncturist helped me with something much more serious that I am incredibly grateful for.
I suddenly lost hearing in my right ear after being exposed to a ceremonial cannon firing. I saw two different Western medicine doctors and was prescribed steroids, but unfortunately, my hearing still didn’t return to normal. I was honestly starting to worry that it might not come back.
After just three acupuncture sessions at Relife, my hearing is now pretty much 99.99% back to normal. During one of my sessions, she placed a needle near/in my ear and my hearing literally cleared up almost instantly. It honestly felt like magic. Since my ear was still recovering, I continued with a few more sessions, but the most important thing is that my hearing finally feels normal again, and I am so incredibly thankful to her.
What I also really appreciate about her is how carefully she listens to me at every appointment. I usually have more than one concern, and she takes the time to listen and address multiple issues during the same visit. I never feel rushed or like I’m just another appointment on the schedule. You can genuinely tell that she cares about her patients and wants to help them feel better — it’s not just about the money.

Whether I have pain or discomfort or just want to optimize my body’s performance, Dr. Tsai helps me feel my best. As a woman, I’ve also noticed improvements in how my body functions, especially around my period. I always feel more balanced and energized after my sessions.

This is my second review for Relife Acupuncture. I’m in my mid-forties and had been struggling with body discomforts like brain fog, aching, mood swings, and sleeplessness that were really bothering me.
