眼科調理案例
飛蚊症當場即刻舒緩
患者背景：
患者遭受飛蚊症困擾長達半年，視野中持續出現干擾視覺的暗影與懸浮線條。極度煩躁焦慮、精神狀態相當差。
療程與療效：
蔡醫師對其進行精準眼科針灸調理。下針後，患者當場即刻感覺視野中飛蚊的線條明顯變淺，且懸浮物移動的速度顯著變慢，視覺清晰度大增，患者開心露出笑容。
高眼壓與頑固性眼乾
患者背景：
患者飽受嚴重的眼睛乾澀與高度不適困擾。在接受針灸前，其眼部乾燥感、脹痛不適以及高眼壓帶來的壓迫感，自評高達 7/10 分。
療程與療效：
經蔡醫師精準下針與眼周經絡調理後，患者雙眼的乾澀感大幅緩解，因高眼壓引發的局部脹痛與壓迫感當場完全消失（0/10），眼部重獲清涼與舒適。
頑固型乾眼症（長達 2 年）
患者背景：
乾眼症長達 2 年，頻繁使用人工淚液點眼藥水僅能短暫緩解 1-2 小時，無法根本解決乾澀痛苦。
療程與療效：
首次針灸治療後，眼睛即刻恢復自然淚液分泌；二次複診時，患者開心表示自首診後已完全無需再點眼藥水，雙眼恢復自然濕潤。
雙眼沉重感與視物模糊（非單純退化）
患者背景：
患者近年視力持續下降、視物模糊，常規西醫檢查將其歸咎於自然老化，且無法提供任何改善方案。患者日常總感覺雙眼無比沉重、疲憊，看東西非常吃力。
療程與療效：
蔡醫師為其安排了 2 次特效針灸治療。起針後，患者雙眼的沉重壓迫感完全消失；更令她驚喜的是，在摘下眼鏡的情況下，眼前的視野竟然變得比以前更加清晰、透亮。
皮膚科調理案例
頑固性頭皮牛皮癬 / 銀屑病
患者背景：
患者頭皮牛皮癬發作長達半年，病灶處紅腫、脫屑且伴隨劇烈瘙癢，範圍逐漸擴大。曾求診西醫並使用處方類固醇藥膏，效果有限且無法根治，因而轉尋中醫調理。
療程與療效：
經過蔡醫師 6 次針藥並施調理後，患部感染圓圈顯著縮小、皮屑大量減少，病灶開始收乾趨於平整，牛皮癬狀況大幅轉好，患者非常開心。
兒童異位性皮膚炎
患者背景：
患兒遭受異位性皮膚炎折磨長達 6 個月，常見於雙臂與雙腿，嚴重時蔓延至全身。因奇癢難耐不斷抓撓導致皮損加重，嚴重影響孩子的情緒與睡眠。
療程與療效：
經過蔡醫師 3 次溫和針灸治療後，皮膚不適與癢感幾乎完全消除，孩子自己開心地說：「Much better, so amazing! Thank you, Dr. Tsai!」
急性劇癢皮疹與失眠
患者背景：
患者四肢與臉側爆發不明原因紅腫皮疹長達 3 週（以右手肘最為嚴重），使用處方抗真菌及類固醇藥膏（Clotrimazole and Betamethasone Dipropionate Cream USP 1%/0.05%）完全無效。患部奇癢無比導致夜不成眠，更因擔心他人眼光而情緒嚴重鬱悶，影響工作與生活。
療程與療效：
經針灸與中藥並施，治療第 2 天，皮膚紅腫即大幅消退、皮疹趨於平整；
第 4 次治療前，患部完全收乾，皮膚表面恢復平滑，嚴重部位僅剩微弱色素沈澱，其餘部位皮疹徹底退去。患者看到病情獲得全面控制，重新恢復笑容與正常作息。
罕見神經性皮膚疑難雜症
—「骨蒸潮熱與全身蟻走感」
患者背景：
全身無疹無紅腫，卻持續 24 小時劇癢長達一年多。患者自述體內如置身十層蒸籠般發熱（骨蒸潮熱），全身上下似千萬隻蟲子爬行（蟻走感），每小時均被劇癢醒，全身抓痕累累。
療程與療效：
首次針灸，離診時劇癢即刻完全消失；
三診後，半夜僅醒來 1 次，整體癢感減輕 50%；
四診後，整天未再發作；
五診時夜間已完全不再癢醒，此罕見疑難雜症獲得重大突破。
疑難雜症調理案例
兒童自閉症發育支持與見證
患者背景：
患兒於 2 歲 10 個月時經西醫確診自閉症（宣告無法治癒），家長帶至 Re-Life 尋求中醫針灸輔助調理。
療程與療效：

This is my second review for Relife Acupuncture.
